1. What payment methods are supported? - You can pay with PayPal, bank transfer, wire transfers, checks, and money orders. Most credit and debit cards are valid, along with IBP, iDeal, BPAY, and purchase orders.
2. What is the refund policy? - You can request your money back within 60 days of purchasing the product if you are not satisfied with the results. This policy applies if the software doesn’t work as it normally should.
3. Why didn’t I get my software license? - If you didn’t receive an email with your license, the code may have gone to the trash or spam folder directly. Some customers accidentally provide an invalid address, while others may have had the message rejected because it came from an unconfirmed source. Contact customer service for help.
4. If I lost my license key, can I get it back? - If you cannot locate your key, go to the Resend License page through your account profile. You also have the option to contact customer service for assistance.
5. Do I need to uninstall the previous version to get the new one? - If you receive an update within the same primary version number, you don’t need to reinstall the program. When it is a major update, you may need to uninstall the older version first.
