Seagate Desktop SSHD 2TB Hybrid Drive Review

SSHD is the latest buzzword in the PC storage industry. Although the branding is fresh, the term refers to a class of products that’s been around for quite some time. Otherwise known as solid-state hybrid drives, SSHDs combine mechanical platters with flash-based cache memory. They first popped up in the Windows Vista era and were designed to work with that operating system’s ReadyDrive feature.
