Roccat Suora FX Keyboard: Overview

The Roccat Suora FX keyboard currently sells online for $132.15 (Amazon | Newegg) and comes in a well-illustrated box with a picture of the product. Listed around the box are the features and specifications of the keyboard.

Upon opening up the box, we can see the Suora FX wrapped inside of a plastic bag. The thick cardboard from the box prevents any physical damage that may occur during transit.

There is not much in terms of accessories as we find only the quick installation guide and the disposal information booklet. Because the Suora FX is geared towards simplicity, a wrist rest and a key cap puller is not included.

The Suora FX looks identical to its predecessor, the original Suora. It maintains a simple keyboard layout with a frameless design in order to save desktop space. Dedicated volume control keys are present at the top right corner along with a Game Mode button. Game Mode will disable the Windows key and allow the user to gain access to six macro keys.

The keyboard stands on five rubber coated feet to ensure a firm grip on a smooth surface. Cable routing channels are marked underneath the keyboard to give some flexibility in routing the cable to the left, middle, or the right of the keyboard.

On the back of keyboard, there is a Suora FX logo along with a tagline of the product.

And of course, the keyboard connects to a computer via a standard USB 2.0 connection. There is a branding logo printed onto the port for convenience.

Let’s jump into the next section where we talk more about the features of this keyboard.
